Before placing an order, if you have any queries please contact me on +44 (0)7703 257 183 or email gemma@gemmamilly.com. All designs and illustrations are the copyright and property of Gemma Milly. Neither you, nor a third party, may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way. It is your responsibility to obtain permission for any copyright material, for example portraits, hymns or poems that are to feature in your stationery.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required with all of my projects before any design or illustration work will be carried out. It is the policy of Gemma Milly that the balance be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice, unless by prior arrangement with Gemma Milly.

If for any reason you cancel your order, you will need to pay in full for any work that is either in progress or completed.

Additional amends or changes to your stationery or portrait, outside those outlined in your contract, will be subject to a charge of £20 per amend.

You are responsible for the proof reading of all text in the pdf proofs supplied - please refer to my proofing checklist when approving your proofs. Once you have provided written approval of the proof I will proceed with print production.

When your final proof is approved you accept responsibility for any errors. If mistakes are discovered after final printers proof approval, I will charge for any reprinting. Please note that I cannot accept returns due to customer input or typographical errors.

Please note that samples may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the print production process. Press set-up, plates, ink and paper can all result in small variations. Minor differences in texture, colour, size and positioning can sometimes occur and do not constitute a fault or a refund.

Please be aware that colors will appear differently on screen than they will when printed. If unsure always request a Pantone swatch to approve.

Gemma Milly accepts no responsibility for the effect of ageing and wear & tear on the materials used.

Gemma Milly shall not be liable in any way for damage to your stationery or portrait after it leaves my design studio. This includes damage during delivery and subsequent posting to guests.

As a standard policy I only make refunds and exchanges if goods are faulty. Any faults or defects must be relayed in writing within three days of receiving your order and your complete stationery order returned to me, in its entirety, packed securely so as to avoid any damage likely to be incurred during transportation.

If your wedding stationery if it is deemed to be faulty on the part of Gemma Milly I will be happy to correct or replace your stationery. Please note that this does not apply to commissioned portraits.

Gemma Milly will offer you a refund for the amount paid for the faulty part of your order if I am unable to correct or replace your stationery. Gemma Milly will only offer a full refund if the order is faulty in its entirety. Please note that this does not apply to commissioned portraits.

Gemma Milly retains copyright of all designs and illustrations, and reserves the right to use them to promote my products and services. By placing an order with Gemma Milly you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
